You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. We will send an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. A link to track your order and expected delivery date will be included when the delivery method allows it.
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order prior to shipping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We currently ship only in the United-States. For shipping outside of the United States, please email us at email@example.com.
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 72 hours to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time is usually 5-7 business days.
We DO NOT give refunds! We offer exchanges or store credit. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to make any exchange. You will need to pay for your own shipping. Before returning any items, please email us at Sales@shop-iful.com to notify us.

Be aware that exchange item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, free from makeup, deodorant or perfume stains. Bodysuits, swimwear and undergarments are non-refundable. Damaged, and/or incorrect item (s) must be notified within a window of 3 business days of receipt. Simply contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be aware that IFUL reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse and/or reject returns from customers with the following: An excessive returns history that involve worn, damaged, laundered, missing and potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

IFUL is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please make sure to keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your return items. If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on your location and delivery method you choose. You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
